Please know that I Jan Marie Doughty CPA began the process of retiring earlier this year, therefore I executed a diligent search for a CPA with similar qualifications and experience. Allow me to introduce, Janet Noack CPA and her firm Foreign Tax CPA, LLC. I have carefully selected Janet as my successor to continue to serve the great clients that have made Jan Marie Doughty LLC a success over the years. Janet holds a CPA license in Florida and an IRS acceptance agent certification. I believe Janet will provide excellent service and value for your Federal and State tax filling obligations. To better serve you and reduce your burden to exchange documents a new very secure document exchange system has been implemented that is as easy as click and upload the documents needed to complete your 2023 tax return. Janet will be working in my Cocoa Beach office and my entire staff will be operating “business as usual”. Your past and future tax documents will be available through Foreign Tax CPA, LLC following the same professional guidelines you are accustomed to.

The engagement below provides the details of your engagement with Janet Noack, CPA through Foreign Tax CPA, LLC. I have personally briefed her on our relationship to help ensure she is prepared to provide you with the same high level of quality service you expect. Our sincere desire is to have our team to continue serving as your accounting firm, therefore we ask that you acknowledge this engagement letter. In the event we do not receive your acknowledgement or written request to the contrary within 90 days, your consent to transfer the records will be assumed.
